Salary Sacrifice

Salary Sacrifice can be a great way for employees to boost their savings towards retirement, without really noticing they are doing it. For employers it can also be beneficial in providing savings for their company whilst providing a valuable staff incentive which in most cases is highly appreciated.

Many employers also report that when the scheme has been effectively communicated to their staff it has helped significantly encourage them to be part of the company pension scheme, as well as being an effective aid towards staff motivation and retainment. For employers, not only can NIC savings be realised but you may also be able to claim Coroporation Tax back depending on how you set the scheme up.

Whether you are an employer or employee, please do help yourself to “The Salary Sacrifice Insight” I have prepared for you below.
